Option one as well but be weary of people creating alts and putting them in other guilds also would like to add people may want to change guilds which hope they dont but people do change and it be easier on shard to change or remove someone from a plot then move there entire personal houses

Capped I guess would be a good ideal it would help with the village ideal and amount of houses in a guild village so 15 is good cap just have guild from alliance with others

The special moves for the Radiant Scimitar like whirlwind and blade weave do not work currently on my character who has the Gm swords there should be no other pre req for it because it works fine with the double ax with out lumber jack
